SunExpress was established in October 1989 in Antalya as a joint venture of two of the world’s leading airlines, Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa. Operating its first flight in 1990, the company blends the know-how of German and Turkish aviation leaders thanks to its solid shareholder structure.
Operating touristic charter flights between Europe -specifically Germany- and Antalya for a long time, SunExpress became the first private airline company to offer international scheduled flights from Turkey, with its Antalya-Frankfurt flight in 2001

Logo Timeline:
The reason for developing the logo is for several reasons, the most important of which is that the company is old and famous in Europe and especially Turkey, and has won many awards and the second reason is that the logo should reflect these achievements and it should be simpler and the current logo suffers from many problems.
Logo Explain:
The logo was designed based on these facts. The sun and the earth are the symbol of the company, the two signs are closely related together.
When the sun rises, it shines on the earth, and the earth when the sun rises on it begins with a new day and a new beginning, in addition to that the sun is a guide to life, happiness, youth, summer and happy journeys.
Logo Colors:
Several colors have been used in the corporate identity for many reasons. We want the viewer to feel all the emotions when viewing the logo or visual identity.
Anthropomorphic Plane:
We also see in the picture how the plane became beautiful after we added the company identity to it.
It gave a kind of luxury, elegance and modernity as well, in addition to the sunbeam decorating the tail of the plane, and the company name is beautifully and harmoniously placed on the fuselage and on the engine also there is the logo to complement the identity of the company as well.
Uniform:
Here we will see that the special dress for the cabin crew is from the flight attendants and flight attendants as well as the captain, the uniform will be very formal and simple, so we can put the mark on and make it quick to memorize through the colors. We also note that the logo is only found on the small upper part of the dress.
